The Xinzheng Junlai Hotel is great, the service is attentive and enthusiastic, the room is warm and comfortable, the price is very high, the bed is very comfortable, and the sleeping is very comfortable. The room is warm, comfortable and romantic, full of home and warm feeling! Xinzheng Junlai Hotel is my first choice when you come to Zhengzhou, especially the beauty at the front desk is very good, considerate, sweet, and feel particularly enthusiastic. It is especially worth mentioning that I checked in at 12:30 last night. I called the hotel and asked for a pick-up. It was only 5 minutes away, and it was a high-end commercial vehicle. 衞生啥的硬件條件就不説了，價位擺在那裡，就是衝著地理位置和送機服務去的。我們住的剛好是邊上，隔壁是一傢什麼音樂餐廳還是ktv 啥的，大晚上在那裡唱歌，根本沒法睡覺。溝通之後還是沒有好轉，確實聲音調小了，但分貝隔着牆還是遠遠超過擾民標準（我們是下軟件測的），再加上睡覺輕，第二天五點多就要起來趕飛機，這樣的睡覺環境真的是無法接受。前台回覆：“已經跟隔壁老闆交涉過了，他們也已經調小了，但是人家畢竟還要做生意的！”這是什麼意思？！我們入住了，然後你們就去照顧別人家的生意，不管我們了？！還説滿房，換不了房間！可是軟件上卻還能預訂，她就説房間是空的，但是保潔下班了，打掃不出來，然後把軟件上的關掉了。説的也許是事實，但是前面這麼説，後面那樣説，真的讓人很受不了。最後衹好選擇換酒店，但説我們已經屬於入住了，無法退房費。後來通過平台客服交涉，最生氣的事情來了。客服回覆我們：“前台説我們是晚上9:10入住，10:50退房。如果我們在一個小時內提出來，她還能幫我們取消。”我就直接説了，我們去交涉的時候，一直跟我們説的是衹能在半小時內取消，而我們肯定超過了，所以就在想其他的辦法，然後耽誤了時間。但卻跟客服説一小時，搞得我們很無理。我查了通話記錄（如下圖，為什麼有手機通話記錄？因為房間內的電話都是擺設，用不了），我們的前兩通電話就是在一小時內打的，第三次是直接去前台交涉。那到底是誰在耽誤時間？！
