Clean room, good breakfast! The only problem is that nobody controls behavior of the rest guest, we were woken at 5 am because a drunk guy guest who never stopped shouting until 7 am

看着高分訂的，真的大寫無語，我住的6305，誰去誰知道，一晚上衹要開空調開最低風，都是房間瀑布的聲音，一晚上伴着瀑布那麼大的聲音入睡😊，呵呵，接着在我去酒店的路上，前台打電話我，問我多久到酒店，我説大約一小時，怎麼了，她説今天天氣悶，以前幫我開空調，我還説哎呦服務不錯，沒想到辦了入住之後，首先房卡廢卡，根本打不開房間門，喊前台重新做卡來開，進入房間根本沒開過空調，做不到能不能不要瞎掰？？？？！吹牛不犯法？？六點多鐘外面打掃阿姨走廊狂聊天，真的會謝，第一次這麼認真的寫差評，真的謝謝🙏

酒店外環境不錯非常安靜👍值得點贊 小橋流水 綠色滿滿。酒店前台服務人員態度良好 早餐服務員服務質量可圈可點 早餐品質豐富味道非常不錯👍值得點贊👍需要提出的是用電插座比較少 衞生間洗臉盆的水極小 向眼淚💧！洗澡水也比較小 老闆太扣了。還有酒店離開高速公路出口9.8公里 感覺有一點遠。酒店佈置古色古香不錯的。

🔔服務：非常贊！讓我略感驚喜的是酒店很強的服務意識，從前台秦小姐的熱情接待，事無鉅細的安排，到撐傘送至客房的禮賓人員，再到客房部的方文玲，前廳部的李經理，她們讓我感受到了原本以為衹能在一線城市五星級酒店才能感受的服務意識，而且服務態度很好，贊👍
🍃環境：超乎想象的好，屬於園林式休閑酒店，經典的徽派建築風格，優美，精緻，古雅。
🚗 交通：開車的話會非常方便，馬路寬闊，停車位也足夠。
🧹衞生：乾淨整潔舒適。

奔着高分點評去的，但是結果讓人很失望，裏面的設施太差勁，尤其是空調太差，這個冬天去住，開了空調，一晚上被空調聲音超得頭疼，像轟炸機一樣響；把空調關掉，整個房間冷的不得了，因為太潮濕被子都是潮的；入住感太不好了👎

盲選，被照片打動，然後盲訂，結果是驚喜。前台很nice, 給升級了2室1聽的親子房～超乎想象的好。環境雅緻 ，房間裏的書質量也很高，衞生情況非常好，菜更是新鮮好吃（2早餐，3晚餐），大大地推薦。另外，酒店裡的每一個服務人員的服務都禮貌、到位，讓人倍感親切～大大地點贊！

酒店位於宣城市的周邊，很容易找到。文苑山莊景色優美，可以説是宣城最具徽派建築風格的園林特色。中式早餐豐富！應有盡有。都是兒時的味道，都是非常健康好吃的。酒店服務很周到，房間中式傢俱大氣舒適，還備有歡迎禮的小食品，特別温馨！停車方便。周邊有揚子鱷湖公園，環境安靜。文苑山莊值得推薦！

感覺很失望：位置很偏，小房間如農家樂，早餐尚可屬於經濟酒店水平，完全不理解網評從何而來？唯一特色就是園林環境。

環境很好，離鱷魚湖步行10分鐘～早餐有很多小菜～房間門口都有紗簾避免蚊蟲進房～就是住一樓的房間廁所有點反味～大堂接待人員特別好～點菜的時候工作人員沒把菜量給説清楚，我們也沒仔細問，沒想到菜量那麼足導致點多有些浪費～
