The location is at the corner of the aisle between the Yichu Lotus Building and the Five Star Electric Building. It is close to the university, mostly students, and there are long-term rentals. The room is ok, and the hygiene is decent. The price is reasonable and relatively affordable. It's just that the air conditioner is too old and not very effective!

非常破舊！又小！廁所比地面高，對着床。上廁所的把手都沒有，推門還擠到了手！

一米五雙人大床房實測一米
分配在4樓405，1到3樓有燈，4樓沒燈
沒有電梯，衹能爬樓
空調很吵，屋內最大噪音，凌晨一點半的錄音我會放上來，淋浴漏水，滴了一整晚
上一個住户垃圾沒有打掃，還有衞生巾
毛巾很臟，還有破洞。
還有我在攜程訂的房間，老闆説是**訂單，我不清楚為什麼。
