前台服務員較差，房間牀板非常硬，浴室很差，早餐更差，包子是冷的，服務員叫我們座下，沒有茶，沒有水。早餐一份一份上。等來的卻是冷的。極差。房間應該裝修了，服務員，廚房工，要重點培訓了。這麼差，表明就是趕客。怎麼會有回頭客呢？

其他都很好，就是服務，都説是結婚用的，説了好多次都可以下午2點～3點出門退房的，從12點開始打電話催催催，説不管説超了下午2點50分就收半天，我結婚當天新郎都還沒到接新娘呢，總是在催催催，這服務差到極點
