The staff is kind and have welcoming attitude, a really bad point for Berlin is that we arrived at 4 when check in is at 3 pm... and our room wasn't cleaned at all... THEY MAYBE FORGOT, very unacceptable for us or anybody; so we wasted time on that regard... The view from the room is really good! The breakfast is just OK, don't expect too much.. there is no coffee or scrambled eggs... nevertheless the place was super clean and again the staff was very polite. Only 2 breakfast provided but we booked for 3 people so we had to pay the extra breakfast for 38 RMB each day... Is a shame that we stayed for 2 nights and we didn't have the right to swim at the different swimming pools or entering the beach.. in order to do that you have to buy ticket at extra fee... 78 for 2 days cheap package per person. The worst thing for my personal picking needs it was that the towels they provided us were incredibly bad! Microfiber disposable.. impossible to get dry and really cheap treat as well as the other amenities... you should bring your own things including towels.. not good at all! The elevators were a struggle and they lack of maintenance... we felt annoyed every single time we went out or in the 26 floor which is where the Berlin hotel is located... Reception at the hotel is quite small and difficult to find.

Check-in on Friday, the staff helped to upgrade for free, living in a high-rise sea view room, the environment is really worth it. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, and it is very convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning. The room is also very clean, no smell. Very happy travel experience

This hotel is very good. It is very convenient to bring children here to play. There is a beach behind the hotel. Children can play in the water and sand, which is very happy! The breakfast buffet is also great, it’s all the kids love, and we were so full that we didn’t need to have lunch, hehehe! During the summer vacation, I brought the little guy over. I saw many hotels and chose this one. It lived up to expectations. The agile crystal lake is good. There is a water park that is very suitable for children to play. The little guy is reluctant to come up. Go, haha. The room is quite big and new, the bed is 1.5, unlike other hotels that have a 1.2 bed too small
