5/5PerfectWe had a wonderful stay at banyan tree. I have a 2 year old boy and he enjoyed his stay very much. There’s lots of small animals at the hotel and a very nice fish pond with ducks and peacocks. The hotel room is very spacious and we have a backyard as well which is very lovely. One of the highlights of the stay is my personal assistant Emily, she’s super quick in response and helped me every day with my sudden requests of questions. Special thanks to Emily and the manager Ailsa who managed to find my lost ring at the mini golf area. The chance of finding a lost ring from the grass area is almost close to zero but you guys amazingly went out there and got it for me! Thank you so much for your service and I truly appreciate it!!

4.7/5OutstandingGetting there at first was a little far from everything, and the bellboys did not help with our luggage and seemed to have an attitude. However, everyone else at the hotel was fantastic. Banyan is one of my favorite brands and I loved staying there in Bali, and Bangkok. However this Banyan felt a little off, the breakfast took us a while to get a table and once we sat down a waitress told us in Chinese to “hurry up and eat quickly”, since breakfast ends at 10:30, it was only 10am when we got seated. Otherwise, The views are fantastic here, I feel like the rooms could’ve been a bit bigger but otherwise everything else was fine.

5/5PerfectThanks Chad and other hotel staff for helping us during our stay at Yangshuo banyan tree hotel. Our family had a great three-day vacation, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great hotel to escape from the hustle and bustle, and relax with the scenic view and great food. You can go hiking rafting, and feeding animals in the resort as well. Everything was perfect and we will definitely visit again!

Awesome stay Nora and the team looked after us really well! Great preparation for the welcome surprise in our room and numerous amenities were provided. The grounds are amazing so is the food in the Chinese Restaurant! Please pay attention to the swimming pool cleanliness otherwise a flawless stay with special attention and recognition provided by Nora! She is a real asset to the Banyan Tree Yangshuo.
