很不錯的一家酒店，住着舒服，窗户很大，光線好，離千古情和西街很近。她家的電驢用起來不錯，價格公道，續航強大。老闆娘人不錯，看着就是個比較善良的人，蠻熱心，做事細緻。酒店性價比高，衞生乾淨，值得推薦。

房間在五樓，沒有電梯，搬着大箱子爬得費老勁，大床很小，過道連箱子都放不下，廁所也沒有門，清理床的時候還有蟑螂爬出來，受不了，樓下還一直有狗叫，我一般不給差評但是**受不了了，而且租的電瓶車車頭也很重，開起來很費勁而且不安全，甚至比外面景區租的都貴

酒店距離西街很近，走路衹要十幾分鍾，交通便利，吃喝都很方便，附近飯店便利店小吃店很多。非常值得一提的是老闆和老闆娘服務態度非常熱情友好，桂林千古情和如意峯的票都是在前台預訂的，當然還有其他景區門票也可以代購，有任何問題隨時都可以微信老闆，能得到及時解決。酒店有電動車出租，價格實惠，比其他的一些租車的便宜，出行很方便。店裡可以提供洗衣機洗衣服，還是免費的。酒店經營實誠，完全不用擔心踩坑，老闆也會説一些遊玩注意事項，避免在景區吃虧，很暖心。
陽朔的山水很美，這一次旅行滿滿的都是很好的回憶。

設施：首先房間標註28平米是假的，丈量了一下，房間在12-13平，衞生間3平，天王**來了總共也不可能到18平！空調不管你開多少度，反正一晚上都是17.18度轉悠，第一次見到空調外面有個温度顯示單獨走了一條線一個小盒子，從沒體驗過空調到了18度會自己停止的，第二天起來身上有點微微發熱趕緊吃葯，幸虧多要了床毯子才不至於發燒。
衞生：應該是房東自家房子做的，名字叫“大酒店”就有點扯了，客棧民宿比較合適。不過房間裏面除了表面的浮塵視覺大眼看上去還蠻乾淨的。
環境：外觀就是居民樓建的，房東自己的房子平時應該注意維護，所以房間裏面維護的不錯。
服務：也談不上啥服務啦，就是您好慢走，還行吧。小插曲就是，想看電視，房東説看不了沒網絡，後來經過溝通拿來遙控器調試，其實可以看，偶爾會有網卡現象。
近400的房間價格不提供礦泉水和一次性拖鞋。其實一瓶礦泉水品牌不同進價也就5-9毛，一次性拖鞋厚薄不同也就2.7毛-2.8元。陽朔旅遊業完全是吃老本+得天獨厚的優勢，但是去了一次桂林以及陽朔真的不會再來第二次，不是因為這家民宿，是整個桂林陽朔的各種體驗感以及最最最基礎的服務、設施、交通便利度等最基礎的都做不好，也不是做不好，是根本就不做……

酒店是新裝修明亮衞生，店主熱情友善能幫忙的都主動幫忙，連我自己都覺得有點不好意思。酒店周圍也很完善，早歺，中歺，晚歺，宵夜下樓走幾步就到，周邊超市，葯店都有。滿意非常的滿意。房間用相片説話
