酒店的地理位置優越，與瘦西湖西門咫尺為鄰，這是絕對的加分項。酒店周邊有冶春茶社和香園茶社，那是妥妥的淮揚菜大牌，也是酒店的福利。客房整體乾淨，佈局合理，設施齊全，床品品質上佳，入住舒適。衞生間的淋浴花灑出水量稍差，洗澡欠舒爽。早餐品種偏向中式，紅湯麪口味不錯，乾絲也好吃。

環境：酒店就在瘦西湖景區西門對面，下午入住後可以遊瘦西湖景區的夜場票有表演，瘦西湖有日場票和夜場票二種。酒店門口停車方便。
衞生：酒店衞生清潔乾淨。
服務：服務好，有歡迎水果和酸奶。早餐品種豐富多樣。
設施：蓋被太厚，空調有欠缺，房間温度一直在23℃，怎麼也調不下來，熱的一晚上沒睡好覺。

房間設施:
入住兩天，連着兩天鎖是壞的。第一天是不用卡也能開門，第二天是用了卡也開不了門，整個安全讓人非常擔憂。給前台打電話保修衹有一句，我們安排師傅，沒有一句道歉。維修時間很長。
把手也是臟的。安排的房間靠近電梯，有的大哥光膀子在電梯口抽煙，真是醉了。隔音效果也很差，早上5點被外面遊客吵醒。

早餐種類不算多。
床:
床單有臟東西。
性價比:
價格也不便宜卻是這樣的，很讓人失望，以後不會來了。

沒有住過如此之差的五星酒店！除了離瘦西湖近一無是處！陳舊，臟，床墊已經被睡得一坐就塌下去了，樓上小朋友跑來跑去的聲音，晚上壞了的空調！我已經不想總枱投訴了！衹想着住好一晚趕快離開！真的就是三星酒店的標準！太差了！
