Only used for a stop over. Had a room with funny water matress. Very standard hotel but nothing really wrong.

酒店房間挺不錯的，雖然小但是乾淨整潔，也比較舒適，而且衞浴分離，兩個床也很有私密性？，裝修也相對細緻。
不過這家的早餐居然很難吃，這個很扣分，還是希望把早餐弄好吃一點。

餐廳不大，早餐還可以，不算豪華，但也算比較豐富。有肉腸。不含早，買了一個人的，送了一個人的，小孩子免收早餐費。電梯進出用牙簽按壓。

位置好，離博斯騰湖不遠，酒店周邊很熱鬧，飯店多，早餐晚餐都好解決，門口有停車位，稍窄，停車需小心，房間大，乾淨衞生，服務員態度蠻好。

連着住了維也納酒店三四天了，除了服務人員態度暴躁，蠻狠之外還很小氣，送個水都那麼小氣，我住烏魯木齊，庫爾勒，阿勒泰維也納酒店都焉耆維也納酒店的服務態度好，而且送水送茶，心平和氣給你端茶倒水像五星級的水準，就焉耆的維也納態度真的需要好好培訓。

衞生：衞生自己看圖片，差的沒發説，男人的**都在上面，惡不噁心，還是維也納3好酒店呢，床單工作人員告訴我沒有洗乾淨，撲上去的，我也搞不懂，我們是消費者，洗不洗的乾淨那是你們的事，住的最差的一次酒店

設施：房間設施老舊，椅子磨損嚴重；WiFi網絡不是很好，總斷；暖氣不是很足，半夜還有點冷

環境：周邊買東西吃東西也還算方便
服務：保安大叔幫忙指揮停車，很贊！前台辦入住流程不熟練，加上排隊的人多，等的時間很長
