The security work was not in place. Someone knocked on the door late at night. I called the front desk to tell them the time of the knock. The first time I checked the surveillance system, it said no one knocked on the door. The second time I pushed back and forth and said it might be a delivery person. I asked why it was a delivery person and the answer was delivery. Takeaways can go to the customer's door through the staff passage, but when asked about other details, they still don't know everything. I wonder if your front desk is so impatient? Or is it just because the front desk is a man that it doesn't matter if a girl stays alone at night and gets knocked on the door? I called back the next day and said they would check the surveillance again with results, but there was no call. I mentioned it to the after-sales service again, and they said that the employee delivered the beer to the wrong floor, so the person who provided the approximate time of the knock on the door still had to check three times. Did it take four times to find out? The Do Not Disturb sign was hung at the door and even when I knocked on the door, I didn’t know what was going on. I asked through the door what was wrong? I just said that I was wrong and left. I was really speechless. You could at least say that you were here to deliver beer. The sister who checked out the next day and the sister who called for after-sales service were very patient and kind. I also thanked the guy who carried the suitcase.
