I’m starting to see a pattern regarding new owners of the motels in country Australia. And as a result the quality, cleanliness and service stands have dropped drastically. This motel hasn’t been maintained in any way likely since it was built. Old, worn out and just terrible. It might suit the standard of the new owners but they don’t stay in the rooms. Give it a miss.

Basic motel, good for an overnight stop, able to arrange late night check-in. Parking out the front, fridge & microwave in the room, good bedding arrangement for a family: Queen + 2 Single beds.

Quiet, clean, well cared for rooms. Basic, yet exactly what we needed! Marianne was excellent to deal with, lots of attention to detail! Followed up with us as to our check in time as we were travelling and unsure of our exact arrival time. Nothing was an issue, more than happy to offer extra assistance. Very impressed with the level of service we recieved! I was surprised and impressed how quiet the whole complex was too. We shall be back!

For a budget motel... this really does well. I received really friendly customer service on arrival... she apologised for having a No Vacancy sign up when I drove past a bit earlier. ( I went to Visitor Information Centre to request assistance in finding accommodation explaining this one had a No Vacancy sign up- they called and it turned out it was up in error). I was assigned a room near the exit making it good for a quick getaway the next morning- Batman and Robin would have approved! The room was basic but the bed was comfortable... and I got a good nights sleep here. To note they have a 60s bathroom that would send a Retro lover into euphoria. And ... it's in excellent condition! We had two adjoining rooms for 4 adults. There was lots of parking space. Everything you would need for a one night stay. It was nice to have lots of towels in the bathroom - what a pleasure. It's an older style motel room and shower but very comfortable.

This motel was a stop over on our way to Port Macquarie. Was very, very clean. 2 bedroom little unit to suit our family of 5. Close to everything. Very friendly service. Tea Coffee making facilities, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and lovely hot electric blankets for all. Very happy.

We rang to make a booking and were offered a room for $125 or $115 Cash. When we arrived he denied offering a room for that price and insisted that the price was $125 because the room had new carpet and a Queen size bed! That’s about all it had! The bathroom was 1970’s and freezing cold. We were kept awake all night because of a constant noise coming from either the fridge or aircon’ which wasn’t turned on! Avoid !

We had a one night stay at this motel in room 18. Whilst it was clean it is aged and shows plenty of signs of this wear. Some housekeeping issues include less than half a roll of toilet paper for 2 persons and empty shampoo bottle. This is something that should be checked during the clean. The shower was leaking badly and spraying water all over the bathroom. We put a face washer on top of shower to stop it spraying water everywhere. Positives are friendly staff and quiet rooms even though on the Highway as it’s set back. Location outside of town is also a disadvantage as it’s not really walkable.

Only stayed there overnight while travelling ; the room was clean, quiet and comfortable although a little small , but it was fine for one night. The woman attending was nice and helpful.. Wi -fi was good also.. Would stay again..
