First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

Bed, towels - everything is perfectly clean and smooth 👍🏻 Bed comfortable, sleeped well. The hosts are friendly and non-invasive. To the center they got to the taxi - here it is very cheap (150-209). We remained satisfied

Review from the aquapark, and more precisely about the administrator, who worked in the morning 13.03.2023, deceived on the phone! We forgot things in the dressing room 12.03, came out of the aquapark immediately under closure in 22.00, the next morning 14.03 called the resepschen aquapark administrator told me that it would warn all about our forgotten things and they would not be thrown out, I called her all morning after every 40 minutes, she said that things didn't bring ... when I called probably for the fifth time she told me to come to see, my husband arrived me after 15 minutes and immediately told him that things had already been thrown! The girl told me in the morning that she warned 2 changes of guards (as if the guards throw everything), that everything is in the course ..... Okay, the water park let us have a rule to throw things, no questions, but why then this administrator told me all morning, that things have not yet been brought, that she spoke to the security, then offered to come and immediately the security has already said that everything was thrown? ! Very sorry! We were constant visitors of the aquapark, now I don't know what to do, to date there is no desire to go there, and to advise someone this place too no longer want

Итак, почитав отзывы на данном ресурсе забронировали эту гостиницу. Итак по порядку: 1. По приезду чемодан донести никто не помог, ну да ладно, сама как-нибудь 2. Номер обставлен дешёвой мебелью которая уже шатается и трещит по швам 3. Очень грязно!!! Ковролин когда то был светло бежевый ( можно посмотреть на лестнице которой мало пользуются) стал темно серого цвета 4. Плитка в сан узле в нескольких местах расколота 5. Воды горячей нет, скорее тёплая 6. Всё стены обшарпаные 7. Самое важное! Ужасные матрасы, пружины впиваются в спину. Уж на этом то можно было бы не экономить! Ведь люди прежде всего в отель приезжают чтобы отдохнуть от дороги. 8. Розетки 2, одна в ванной, одна глубоко за мебелью. Как заряжать телефон не понятно. 9. Вид из окна на когда то хороший сквер, в котором сейчас валяются грязные тряпки мусор и автомобильные покрышки. 10. Лифт работает только один. В час пик когда всё идут на завтрак ждать его бесполезно. 11. Если вы как я не любитель рано вставать, то на завтрак рассчитывать не стоит. Во первых потому что вы просто не найдете чистый стол, убирать их не торопятся. Во вторых всё будет уже холодное. Еда выглядит не аппетитно, ассортимент очень скудный. Европейского завтрака вы тут не найдете. Непонятный салат и сосиска с вашей... Как то так. Чашки для чая размером с напёрсток. Когда я попросила чашку побольше, выяснилось что у них других нет. И всё бы ничего, если бы например было две звезды. Но на стене у лифтов мы видим гордые четыре. Господа, подтяните уровень отеля, уберите одну звезду и сделайте хотя бы честные три! А так это просто развод какой то! Лично я больше ни ногой!

Hotel is not in the center, but it is easy to get by bus 26 or Yandex taxi for 150-200 rubles (payment in the app with any card). The room is large, new, clean. Everything is there. Only local lighting is missing for comfort, and the view from the window to the dump. I liked breakfast very much. The pool is not finished yet (pictured).
