Not a enjoyable experience. Expensive for the rooms you receive, restaurant staff were friendly but check in staff were not welcoming.

Nice all inclusive deal. Nice services, good lobby area and pool. Not very good gym and wifi internet

What an amazing hotel. This was our first time in Cyprus and after hunting and checking over several hotels, we chose this one. I was not disappointed. The staff here could not do enough, really friendly and if we needed anything they sorted this for us. Our room was presented beautifully with plenty of space and a balcony with the best views. I would recommend the all inclusive option with a fantastic variety of food, my personal favourite being the cod and orange salad! Plenty of sun beds for everyone, lovely pool and a functional gym for all those gym goers. This is right on the beach front with a lovely footpath that takes about 20/30 mins to get to the lively town. The only reason this is not 5* is there is little to do near to the actual hotel and only one pool which gets very busy when children are in it. Highly recommend this hotel though!

We stayed here in October half term and it was a brilliant holiday. Full of families alike (we was a family of 5) and it was perfect for us. Daytime entertainment was perfect for the kids. The pirate ship was a lovely add on with slides etc. we spent most of our time around the main pool as our youngest is 2 and there is a toddler pool here. The pirate ship can be quite slippy with a mixture of sun cream in there too so this was for the best. There was a little park too for the kids to play on and a teen zone for the older ones. The lifeguards here would suit guarding the queen. They are so vigilant and take no crap from anyone. They will make you stand out like a sore thumb if you don’t follow rules but we loved this. Meant the pool was welcoming and inviting for all. Huge amount of sunbeds for the hotel users. Never without a bed although if you want poolside (don’t hate me for saying it) but it was a matter of reserving them. The food was something different every night and a great choice. Desserts were basic and typical all inclusive gelatine stuff but it went down the same hole. Breakfast was our favourite. Plenty choice, pastries, full English type, toast, fruit, yoghurts, waffles, pancakes etc. the hotel is located on the sea front but it’s not much of a beach, we always turned right out the hotel and 2 minute walk next to were the water sports shack is was a perfect little beach to use. The hotel had a outdoor shower to use to rinse off (near the main pool) once you’d been the beach. We stayed in a loft room and this was very very spacious. Walk in shower bathroom to the left as you walked in, wardrobes and a coffee machine station to your right. Straight ahead was a big room with a sofa in which we had as a double bed and then another single bed in there. Walking out onto a large balcony. We was land facing which didn’t bother us and we could see plenty, even the water park. Upstairs (spiral stairway) this had me on edge a bit but what was perfect was it was gated at the bottom and top to stop little people climbing. Upstairs was a large size main bedroom with a huge bed and all modernly decorated. Only thing upstairs was missing is wardrobes. Was a pain to keep going back downstairs to pick something yet plenty of space opportunity to of had these built in. I read reviews on ants and the only time I saw any was our last day, there was 3 outside our room door. Other than this it was absolutely fine. Staff were so lovely, especially the lady who greets you before meals if using the main restraint. We never used the private dine ones which we got free with our stay as we didn’t feel the need. We used the snack pool bar daily for lunch. Your usual pasta, pizza, burgers, gyros, chips. Fruit and ice creams. The kids were made up being able to just go help theirselves. We did walk to pathos harbour one evening and that took around 30 mins. Was pretty enough and worth just the evening walk down the beach front nosying at all the other hotels an

It's a great hotel for young families. We went with family for a wedding. We wouldn't go again as there were too many young children there for our liking. We would probably go to the Leonardo Plaza next door which is for adults only. We are in our late 60s so it was too noisy for us. Otherwise the room was nice and the food was good but too crowded and noisy in the restaurant. The pool was lovely but again it got too crowded in the afternoon but you can use the spa pool for a proper swim. Also the lounge bar area in the reception was very nice to sit and have a coffee or a drink with Aircon for comfort from the sun. Not enough toilets downstairs by the pool and restaurant so they were dirty most of the time. Bus stop outside is very convenient and cheap for trips out.

My stay at the Leonardo Cypria Bay in Paphos was superb. The staff's warm welcome and impeccable service won me over immediately. The hotel is ideally located on the seafront, offering a splendid view of the Mediterranean. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a private balcony offering a magnificent view. The facilities, including the pool and dining options, are top-notch. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The entertainment was one of the highlights of my stay. I'd particularly like to thank Agathange, an entertainer with whom I spent a lot of time playing various activities (darts, table soccer, ping-pong), for his good humor and boundless energy, which made every moment even more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived we noticed how clean and well kept the hotel was. The staff are so friendly and helpful- every single staff member we came across said hello/good morning/good evening with a smile, nothing was too much trouble for them. Sylwia was exceptional and after we left we realised we left a watch in the safe- she immediately went to find it personally and made sure it was kept it secure until we returned to collect it. Food is excellent so much to choose from in the main restaurant and a lovely touch having a lion character who made our 1 year old daughter smile every meal time. We also really enjoyed the Asian restaurant which we booked as part of the all inclusive offer. Pool area is great and the staff are just amazing, especially Sabina the pool manager who went out of her way to make sure we were having a good time, assisting to booking the al a carte restaurant and checking on us daily to see if we needed anything. Evening entertainment was great, especially the kids disco and parrot show- our daughter had the best time! We are already planning our next stay at Cypria bay, its the perfect family holiday destination- thank you all so much!

I’ve just returned from 10 fabulous days at this hotel. A great location a short walk from the water sports and a small beach and about 30 mins away from the beautiful paphos harbour along the stunning coastal path. Although it was very hot while we were there so not much walking was done! However the bus runs regularly from right outside the hotel to the harbour and the water park and taxis are reasonable. Our family room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. There was loads of activities for the kids to do and a big shout out to Jose from the Animations team who worked tirelessly to keep the children entertained. In fact all the animations team were great, working hard in extreme heat to keep guests happy! This is a lively but family friendly hotel, if you are adults looking for a quiet break it might not be the hotel for you, but for those with children you cannot go wrong. The majority of the staff were good with the exception of the odd moody cleaning lady! And the food was good, although eating in the main restaurant was busy there was lots of choice and always tables available. The Greek restaurant and the Japanese that you get included in your stay were lovely. Book these if you can! The gym was small but had everything we needed and the staff in there were very helpful. A special mention has to go to the multiple lifeguards who were incredibly on the ball with safety! They take their job seriously so whistles were getting blown left right and centre but it paid off when they had to dive in to rescue a little one who got into difficulty. Well done to them for having eyes everywhere in a fairly busy pool! There’s plenty of sunbeds available but you might not always get a seat as close to the pool as you would like unless you’re an early riser! The entertainment was also good! Again a lot of this was geared up to kids and families but enjoyable all the same. Thank you Leonardo hotel for a wonderful time. See you again next year!
