服務員會莫名其妙的敲門，很吵，房間味道很大，一股臭味，住的最差的一次酒店，小鎮上幾乎啥都沒有，吃飯要到別的家店去吃，還沒有小超市，吃的不行，住的也不行，真對不起這個價錢

優點：環境優雅古樸 離瀑布很近 房間大 忘記了東西，酒店給打電話告知
缺點：屋裡有潮味，還有蟲子和蚊子 洗澡間衞生不乾淨，頭髮堵的都沒清理

位置好，臨近黃河。在黃河邊遛彎兒。
沒有早餐。
附近用餐地方衹有一兩個，味道一般。
離壺口瀑布很近，開車幾分鐘。
建議去山西的壺口瀑布，觀景台比陝西的大，視野更好。
屋裡設施齊全，有地暖，不冷。

酒店的地理位置和環境真的非常好，整個設計都很用心，硬件設施也很棒，服務滿分，熱情的陝北大姐主動幫助拿行李，不好意思都不行，因為帶兩個孩子還多給了兩份早餐，早餐也跟用心！美中不足就是酒店衞生需要加強，床品浴巾都沒問題，就是房間裏有衞生死角，真心覺得酒店不錯，性價比很高，如果因為細節問題影響入住時的體驗感白瞎了！衷心祝福酒店越來越好！

壺口最貴的名宿，選擇它也是為了讓孩子們住得舒服點。過年期間房間爆滿，為了第二天一早去壺口瀑布的，八點二十分早餐都沒有送到，有點鬱悶，導致我們去到景區的時候，人就比較多了。希望服務進一步提升。環境衞生設施都挺好的。

到店晚上八點多了 定了三間房 其中一間升級了帶麻將的小套房 住這裏刷新了我對民宿的好感 服務還不錯 有問題 第一時間都解決 早餐還可以 夠吃 衞生還可以 挺好的 住這裏為這次旅行增添了一份色彩 謝謝

有點小插曲，不過圓滿解決！這個民宿環境確實沒得説，因為景區冰封而封閉，我們一行人堅持前往，住在酒店就能看到黃河了，往前開車10分鐘就能到景區，路邊都能看到，封不封閉根本沒區別，這酒店就是方便，安靜，整個民宿就我們一行人

房間是地暖，非常暖和，房間衞生也很乾凈，老闆很用心打造民宿環境，唯一的缺點就是現在還不能提供餐飲，周圍吃飯不是太方便
