前台一塌糊塗，明明定了親子房大晚上的和我説沒打掃要給我雙床房，衹遇到過房間升級的還沒碰到過房間降級的，後來不知道咋回事又説床是鋼絲床睡得不舒服，就是不想給我親子房的意思。最後看我妥協不了又説有了，小床也不是鋼絲床。再也不會入住了
