Arrived at 8:11. The room was very cold. The customer service said that the temperature would rise in 20 minutes. It is understandable that the room cannot be turned on all the time to save money, but the temperature still cannot rise after more than an hour. There is a shooting time in the upper left corner of the photo. It's clear enough to see the temperature rise to speed. It was really cold and I called several times, and the staff also came up to look at it, but there was nothing I could do. 因為機票改簽我突然離店，因為我的原因，走的匆忙一枚戒指忘記帶走，上車後第一時間聯繫前台，明確告知我的戒指在哪個地方，不可否認，前台通知客房部去找了，沒有找到，我也沒有收到任何消息，找到or 沒找到 就沒動靜了，兩點冒頭退房，到我落地接近九點，都沒有收到任何回覆，還是我主動聯繫發微信，也沒有下文…… ，我又拜託前台兩位小姐姐，幫我去找，才找到。
第一，我作為一個客人入住酒店，當然是我的原因，沒有管理好自己的隨身物品，那我是不是主動聯繫你們並告知你們具體位置，讓你們幫我找一下？找到沒找到都給我一個答覆，顯然，我沒有收到結果
第二，從我兩點退房到九點，八個小時不到，這期間，為什麼我沒有收到任何，結果呢？找到or 沒找到這期間幹嘛了？有沒有把一個顧客的需求放在心裡。第三，因為期間我沒有收到任何的通知，又是窩我主動發微信聯繫貴酒店，換來一句我問一下，就沒動靜了，因為戒指的特殊意義，我又聯繫了前台的另一位小姐姐，並告知她具體位置，説明瞭，不在乎多少錢而是挺重要，她上樓一分鐘就找到了…… 期間，我並沒有任何的語氣不爽，和不尊重的態度，我都是客客氣氣，但並沒有收到任何的訊息。
