這是一次愉快的旅行，到達宜興大酒店一開車門就受到保安：沈惜寶同志的熱情接待幫開門，打傘（因為下雨）辦入住大堂經理送來二杯不同的茶（男養身、女養顏），還幫我們拿行李並送進客房，到客房又送來熱氣蒸騰的暖心茶和水果，客房部阿姨晚上還了小清理房間和送報紙。
第二天早餐豐盛，服務員丁臘梅小姑娘服務熱情周到，讓我們老倆口嘻笑顏開。這是一次最最愉快之旅。宜興大酒店的高品質服務給我們留下美好的回憶。
再次感謝保安：沈惜寶同志幫我們把車清洗，感謝前台接待的服務人員，感謝您們！

宜興親子套房1608元，價格有了但是服務並沒有跟得上。表揚地方1.大堂總監趙女士幫忙辦好入住帶着上樓進房間。2.停車場幫我們洗了車。3.前台入住有歡迎茶，進門後有迎賓茶7和水果。4.大堂師傅主動幫忙接送行李。5.餐飲服務人員都很ok。
存在問題1.房間大門鉸鏈脱落（見附照片）好心告訴樓層服務員，大姐回覆這是正常的，行吧我就不跟你廢話了。2.房間內衞生需要加強。3.退房前台大姐沒有拿到另外一張卡堅決不給退房，影響退房時間。4.五一價格高的離譜。5.不推薦！

近幾年來體驗過的五星級酒店中，宜興大酒店是服務最好的，每一位服務員都微笑滿面。退房時驚喜發現車洗得乾乾淨淨。自助早餐完美，食材非常好，服務到位，有一位徐浩服務特別好，點贊。

宜興大酒店是本次旅行性價比最高的酒店～服務態度一級棒，外表看起來舊，裏面卻很新很乾凈，每一個工作人員都很熱情，服務到位，從迎賓到餐廳，到保安，各個給力～下次必定還要再刷～另外，晚飯自助餐太驚喜了，餐品超級多，划算，味道也很好

小朋友很喜歡這家酒店，之前入住的是智能房間，有小朋友喜歡的小度小度，這次定了行政房免費升了套房，有工作人員一路引導到房間，小朋友游泳的時候工作人員也會主動帶他們去衞生間。早餐很早就有，這次服務真的很令人驚艷，工作人員會主動提醒適合小朋友吃的早餐，咖啡也是詢問以後就幫忙拿到餐桌上
