一次不愉快的體驗，外地來宜興出差，衝著宜興賓館名頭過來的，房間雖然老點，能接受。酒店管理有待提升！房間裏面有幾個不能接受的地方1.洗過手擦潤膚露發現潤膚露已經過期近半年。過期幾天還能理解，可是過期半年，不可能酒店管理的人不知道吧！這樣尊重客人嗎？我向前台映了情況，前台來道歉，並且送了一套新的洗漱用品來，我大概看了下，牙刷啥的，好像都是三無產品。2.放在馬桶上的消毒濕巾，不知道是放久了還是怎麼，很噁心，都不忍心用手碰它！3.早上九點服務員就咚咚咚敲門，問我退不退房，難道9點就該退房嗎？即使問我退不退房是不是打房間電話更禮貌些呢？希望細節多多注意

免費升級了B座豪華標間很棒，前台的美女服務很細心也很温柔，我都想多呆幾天，哈哈，可惜衹是路過，宜興第一家開業的五星級的酒店名副其實，早餐很豐富，時間很長到10點，晚上還有水果贈送，房間很大超乎想象，智能馬桶很舒服，地理位置也很好，到哪裡都很方便，下次來我還會選擇住這裏。😀

宜興五星級酒店，實至名歸。選了B座新樓，新中式裝修讓人眼前一亮，房間寬敞明亮，設備高端時尚，入住愜意安靜，在此非常感謝蔣經理的熱情款待，親自領到房間，還有貼心水果飲料贈送，真心不錯，值得推薦好住處。如下次再來宜興，定會再次入住。

不錯的入住體驗，老牌五星酒店，歷久彌新，B座新裝，中式風格，房間超大，超高性價比！尤其是早餐，48元，簡直是良心價！帶寶寶出遊，前台貼心延長到兩點退房。美中不足的是游泳池沒開放。下次來宜興還會嘗試。

顯然是政府接待酒店的樣子，位置好，大堂古典的富麗堂皇，入住是週末，六對新婚的酒席，很是熱鬧。居然還有停車位。房間很大，應該是部分重新裝修過，淋浴間和浴缸都有，還很新，窗外風景不錯，早餐讓人欣喜，強烈推薦
