The room smells very strong, and the sanitation conditions are very general. Later, I asked for another one, and the service was okay, at least a positive response. Overall the price is not worth it.

I originally booked the exquisite big bed room, but later came late, the beauty at the front desk helped me upgrade the suite for free, and gave me supper and fruit, as well as the buffet breakfast. It was really good! ! !

衞生：房間很乾凈。角落裡連灰塵都沒有
環境：環境優美 裝修風格很時尚
服務：服務特別棒 ，晚上還給送了銀耳蓮子湯
酒店離高速路口很近 ，也就三四分鐘車程的樣子。位置很明顯 ，很容易就找到了。到店裡後開房很快 ，特別要感謝前台小姑娘，看我們行李比較多 ，還幫忙我們提行李到房間 ，還很客氣的告知晚上大約八九點鐘會送甜湯 ，到時候是否方便敲門？第二天走得比較早，到餐廳的時候還沒到餐廳開放的時間，餐廳阿姨也很客氣的告知有什麼已經做好了能吃的，並且拿餐盒給我們打包。服務非常貼心的一家店，有機會一定還來！

第一次住這家酒店，房間非常大，衞生也不錯，設施很齊全，床頭還給準備了帶燈的化粧鏡，小細節讓人非常舒心，停車位非常多，有兩個大的停車場可以停車，沒來得及，衹拍了一個停車場的圖片，酒店環境很好，走廊都是鋪的地毯很隔音，大廳休息區的座位也很有特色，前台服務也很到位，客房阿姨還幫忙洗衣服的，第二天的早餐也很不錯，有粥有包子、餃子、饅頭、玉米、水果、炒麪、炒飯、煮麪什麼的，總之品種豐富還能吃得飽飽的，非常滿意

特別喜歡這家酒店的風格， 床頭皮質的， 質感很舒服 ，房間設施很很齊全 ，環境很好， 停車場車位特別多 ，停車相當方便， 衞生也不錯， 晚上還給送了綠豆沙， 大熱天喝着很舒服， 前台的服務很好， 進門就倒了一杯紅棗茶，問洗衣房在哪裡，還特意説讓服務員上門收了幫忙洗了送回房間，真的是太貼心，今天天氣可以，退房了還想在益陽找地方玩一下，前台給耐心的介紹了好幾個遊玩的地方，還告知幾個遊玩地方的距離和能玩的一些東西，感覺就像是到了朋友家一樣的，讓人心情一下子就特別好了，服務這麼好的酒店，一定要推薦給友友們！

酒店在銀城市場旁邊，環境很好，位置很明顯，停車場大停車位多，停車非常方便，前台服務很好，問洗衣房在幾樓？貼心體醒有洗衣服務，需要時打電話給前台，有服務員上門收了洗好送回房間，房間也很大，是在益陽住過灑店房間最大的了，房間設施齊全，走廊的裝飾也很有趣趣，非常推薦！
