Omah Konco Yogyakarta

Kraton
The hostel is absolutely located in the centre of the historic Sultan Palace Kraton in a quiet street. To Taman Sari it is 3 minutes walk. The hostel is a beautiful garden with fish dams in the centre. The rooms are simple, but aircony, hot water works properly. Specially helpful is the team. Specially Tommy is extremely competent to help guests with booking questions etc.. He gives clear help, which costs how much. Drinking water is freely available to all guests. A small towel is available, but not related bed cover, only kitchens and lakes, but the bed on bamboo bars is comfortable, you just have to be careful not to hurt at the ends of the bars. Overall, this is a very recommendable place for those who want to see the important attractions of the city.

The location is great, about 8 minutes walk to the imperial palace, water palace, and about 10 minutes to the busiest street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner was a French beauty. She was very nice and liked chatting with her. The clerks are very enthusiastic You can choose from three types of breakfast. I'm ashamed of being cheap ... The only regret is that there is no hot water for bathing, but the weather is very hot and you can try a cold bath

The location is very good, there is arun_alun park nearby (a large lawn, there are many small vendors selling food, many people walking there), Sultan Palace, Marco Polo Street (a pedestrian street, many small vendors selling souvenirs and batik traditional costumes, There is also a big shopping mall in there, which is all within walking distance. The environment of the hotel is very good, quiet, there are a lot of mosquitoes, pay attention to anti-mosquito things like toilet water. There is no hot water in the bathroom (a lot of hotels in Indonesia! No! Hot water!), the cold water is too cold at night. Breakfast is available. There is a water dispenser. Bottled mineral water is free. A hair dryer is provided. There is a kitchen. There are clothes hangers for hanging clothes. There is a TV. There is wifi. The room I stayed in was a quadruple room, with beds on the bed, covered with curtains, a locker with keys, a quilt pillow (all cleaned), air conditioning (air conditioning, no mosquitoes but a thin quilt) Not warm). The four men and women are mixed, but there is nothing wrong with them.

Staying at Ceria hotel was hands down one of the best thing I’d done when in Jogja. The whole experience is nothing but pleasant. From amazing breakfast (the bread they are using is extremely good quality) to clean, modern yet rustic interior that are pleasant to my eyes. I travel as a family with 2 kids + 1 elderly and the space in the room is quite huge to contain all of us. Certainly looking forward for my next trip in Jogja and hopefully can revisit this property. PS : They had an amazing compact library with curated books to satisfy your curiosity on Javanese / Indonesian culture in general you can borrow for free. Don’t miss it.

This homestay should be regarded as a local-style residence in Yogyakarta. The public area is very good and the environment is not bad, but the rest is very average. First of all, the bathrooms in the rooms are quite small, and there is water everywhere in the bathroom after taking a shower; secondly, the breakfast is prepared early in the morning, and the soup and rice are cold; the location is also generally close to Mario Avenue and the Royal Palace Crazy, take a taxi and it's a bit close
