環境很好，地理位置很安靜，離市中心開車就幾分鐘，服務態度很棒，熱情積極。房間內設定很好，床很軟，躺下去就睡著了，房間內的信號還可以。設施很齊全。環境很好，房間整潔無異味。住得很舒服很喜歡，下次還要來住，適合旅遊出來。價格適中~

樓下KTV隔音效果幾乎為零，大半夜聽着叔叔們的歌聲睡不着實在太痛苦了。給前台反應也沒用，以後不會住維也納。

長途旅行，在永州歇一晚。排斥其他小賓館，選擇了維也納連鎖。總體還是小城市的酒店，即便是連鎖酒店，前台比較冷漠，總體服務還是有差距。退房的時候樓層服務員很熱情的道別和感謝，值得點贊。
其他明顯問題
1、被套都破洞了還在用。毛巾浴巾等明顯永久了的痕跡。
2、樓下KTV一直轟隆到2點以後，住在10樓，但也是無法入睡。

設施：該有的都有，有點陳舊，地下車庫感覺年久失修。
衞生：還好。
環境：一般。
服務：還可以，很少看見前台接待員沒有制服穿的。
最後：這確實是個3好酒店，開的發票上面標註的是3好酒店，各種管理設施衞生環境服務都是3好酒店的標準，為什麼可以叫國際酒店呢………
