The hotel is in a great location and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Parking is easy. The room was ideal and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you need. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the wifi is smooth. It would be perfect if the indoor air conditioner was quieter.

College tour trip with daughter. She picked it out while I was driving and she did good!! Our criteria was cleanliness, quality of breakfast and gym.
Road a class on the Peleton in the am. Gym was clean and quiet, but no towels or cleaning spray. Breakfast was 10/10. Fresh made waffles with fresh fruit and an omelet.
Patio was lovely, but too cold to enjoy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Water pressure was fine. I fell asleep within minutes and slept through the night with no issue. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was impeccable, very neat and clean. My only critique is the pillows, while soft and fluffy, they did not provide enough support for a good nights sleep, I wish there were other pillow options.

We took a little vacation to visit Colonial Williamsburg and decided to stay here at Homewood suites. Our stay truly felt like home and everyone working at this hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean and quiet, plenty of space and the breakfast was a nice little free addition. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: friendly & prompt customer service; location; comfortable bed & room; affordable; decent breakfast w/ lots of quick options.
Cons: 1. ground floor room w/a broken window lock (reported to desk; a window stop installed until able to repair); 2. main laundry room for hotel linens kept the door open at all times into the hallway our room was on; this was very unsightly and also very loud staff at 0700 on a Sunday morning.
