The Sanyu Grand was OK, no english at check in but Ok since I have the booking in Chinese version from Trip.com.
Good location, clean room, simple but good breakfast.

這管理真不行，身份證掉在酒店裡，一天沒人給我打電話，我自己找了一天，最近打電話問酒店才知道身份證在酒店，跑回來拿先打電話通知了過來拿，還要等7.8分才拿到，空調像鼓風機吵得不能開空調

整體還行。去雁盪山玩，搜了一圈，周邊應該衹有這家酒店是最近的，因為帶着小朋友住，對硬件設施設備有點要求，就沒住民宿了。攜程顯示酒店2018開業，但是酒店裝修風格整體偏老式，如果是開元的連鎖酒店，那明顯覺得前台服務人員缺少培訓，跟別的城市開元服務人員比少了一點熱情。餐飲服務很好，早點種類很豐富，早上自助餐就看到餐飲服務員和廚師們忙前忙後。房間還挺乾淨的，自己用紙巾擦了櫃子隔斷放杯子，居然一點灰塵也沒有。整體入住感受還行，不温不火，沒什麼特點和特別印象，正常出行。

這個酒店不錯，挺好的，早餐很好吃，前台的人員也很友好，很有耐心，客房大姐也很好。這裏的領導人物也很有領導人物的樣子，管理管的也很好，都挺不錯的，下次出差我還會選擇這個地方。

老兩口長途旅行至雁盪山，因過於勞累身體不適，遂在樂清續訂一天。酒店大堂外以及前台員工在文明禮貌方面很欠缺培訓，客房服務倒很熱情、熱心。
前一點評給分略低，出於鼓勵，這次略作彌補。
