The place is alright but for a 5 star hotel I was expecting the swimming pool and the gym operating by now. The breakfast was more on the local side and they need better coffee. Rooms are clean.

空調真的一塌糊塗，房間悶得不得了，想換點空氣的，一個晚上30度熱死了，最後衹能半夜把卧室的門打開，換氣過道里的空氣。

每次去樂清都是住這裏，這次前台服務員真的態度不好，我不過是有需要才拿了一個拖鞋的袋子裝東西，我不需要我都不會去拿，打電話就態度不好，而且一直説不送來就要扣我的按金，説實在話，你就是送我，我都不會要，而且一直問什麼時候送過去、這次真的體驗感太差了

酒店整體不錯，硬件設施還好，床品也比較舒服；早餐豐盛，食物味道非常好，吃到了比較當地風味的豬大腸鴨血粉。
不足的是酒店靠馬路，標準間都是對馬路的，晚上會有大車經過，如果嫌吵的話，就不能訂標準間了；房間沒有吸煙房和不吸煙房的區分，有的房間三手煙味太大。
