來岳陽觀看馬拉松，入住君山麗芮酒店，體驗非常好！前台的美眉服務貼心、熱情周到，尤其是入住當晚8點半才到，前台的夏夏和週週特別體貼和指引，離開那天的前台美眉方方也是服務周到細緻。
酒店房間乾淨，毛巾是少有的清新乾淨，最難得的是吹風機竟然是戴森吹風機，很好用。
早餐在二樓，觀景不錯，自助餐早點不錯👌這次入住體驗感很好.

離高速近，在郊區生活很不方便，附近吃飯都是小館子，不知那些好評怎麼來的，酒店冷冷清清不僅人少大廳裏都很涼，衹有一個值班的。之所以選擇離高速近是為了第二天行程方便，衝著自助早餐且評價豐盛去的結果是送到房間的標配。既然不是自助為什麼訂單頁顯示自助，是不是有欺騙之嫌，這個價位的酒店這麼湊合的早餐。少見。

早餐廳服務態度最好。游泳池****，登記房間號不夠還要手機號，然而卻存心不給箱子鑰匙，態度差的**，游泳池燈不捨得開，暗，恐怖，水冷估計10多度，沒有救生員。我一年出差200多天，游泳愛好者，去過全國各地幾十個泳池，在這裏游泳真倒黴

表揚：這是我第二次入住該酒店，每次都把我從基礎房型升級到了套房。去年第一次入住時，這裏還是麗芮酒店，我是錦江的會員，直接從錦江薈app訂的房，給我升房可以理解。今年這次我是在攜程訂的房，我也不是攜程的高端會員，為什麼還會給我升房呢？因為基礎房型超售了？總之運氣不錯就是了。
疑問：攜程上這家現在叫君和酒店，但是導航搜君和搜不到，還是得搜麗芮，且酒店外部招牌也依然是麗芮，但錦江薈app上卻沒有該酒店，所以到底換管理方了嗎？
不足：1.衞生間返味嚴重，下水道臭味明顯；2.按照床頭的文字提示操作，依然關不上衞生間的夜燈，甚至會出現關燈十分鐘後又突然自動亮燈的情況，最後衹能讓它亮了一整晚；3.入住第二天早上當地有馬拉松，為了方便運動員早餐從5點開始，這很人性，但是8點就結束了（平時10點結束），這就影響了不跑馬拉松的客人啊，當天入住的又不全是運動員。

酒店硬件很好，乾淨整潔。現在改名麗芮酒店了，剛去的時候差點找不到，如果是去岳陽遊玩的，比較適合自駕住，離市區稍遠。

新開的酒店，設施比較新，但是服務有待提高！進去住的時候拖鞋也沒有，送了很久才來。
退房後小孩手錶和短褲落在房裡了，我們離開了3-4小時也沒有客服主動聯繫我們～
早飯也不好吃，不值這個價位

酒店非常新 離君和島非常近 去島上玩就很方便 但離其他地方都遠 附近有很多農家樂 吃飯還好 好吃不貴 但是如果沒有車是真的不能來 房間很新很大 設備是OK的 住着好舒服 大床是真的大 一家三口完全沒問題 早餐很一般
