The hotel gave us room No. 16, which was extremely poor. It was completely different from the room photos when booking! The room costing more than 2,000 yuan has no windows, and the living room, bedroom and bathroom are all dark rooms. Next to it is the hotel's public hot spring entrance and hot spring equipment room. It was noisy and noisy 24 hours a day, and the steam made the room extremely hot and uninhabitable. Ask the hotel to change us back to the reserved room. The hotel claimed that all the rooms were full and tried to trick us into getting an apar**ent (remote and without hot springs, and the price was not even half of our room). In the end, we had to turn on 2 cold air conditioners and 3 air purifiers for ventilation before we could barely use them. The wifi in the room also didn't work. It took 2 hours to repair it. Onjuku Yufuin Hot Spring Hotel is a courtyard-style B&B. This time I booked a stay and two meals. The meals are very thoughtful, delicious and rich. The only drawback is that the courtyard-like environment has stairs going up and down, making it inconvenient to carry luggage into the room.
