房間很臟，床單下面還有瓶蓋。吹風機壞的，窗簾壞的，窗簾上面污垢一坨一坨的，空調也是壞的開了康康響，水池周圍也很臟，牙刷掉毛的，浴室地板是滑的，像跟青苔那樣的臟污在上面都沒沖洗乾淨。

打掃房間的阿姨在住户沒有離開酒店時就私自打開房門，而且酒店淋浴設施也衹有晚上好用，其他時間冷水佔多半，要放很久才變熱
