對於價格來説還是很值的。離動車站近，周圍安靜。房間比較簡單招待所風格。毛巾浴巾都是現從消毒櫃取的。乾淨。洗髮水和沐浴露是袋裝的，不太夠用。熱水充足。適合過夜。

這是我第一次寫差評，這個民宿體驗是最差的，床單被罩不知道是有小蟲子還是跳蚤什麼可怕的很，桌子椅子也臟的不行，洗漱用品也沒有，不知道是粗心還是怎麼的，但我還是很開心，謝謝與我的合作，非常好住的民宿，但是人生沒有一帆風順，給個差評，不對，是六星好評，這是多出來的那一星⭐，祝民宿天天滿房！！

離車站距離很近，房間缺個空調，9月温度還可以吧，用空調習慣了還是感覺有個空調會更好一點兒。衣服洗完有三樓玻璃房晾曬也挺好的。老闆娘很好，很有耐心也很和善下回去麗江還是她家

距離昆明站真的算近了，推着行李箱走過去大概7分鐘左右；房間裏是最基本的設施，比較簡單，但是很乾凈，我們當時住一樓第一個房間，晚上上下樓有人經過的時候會有點吵

酒店客房還算乾淨，就是衞生間淋浴處下水道有點堵，洗個澡全是水，下不去，老闆跟老闆娘待人熱情，服務態度很好。
