superb view from this resort. The service staff are top notch and when I was unwell, they offer to bring the breakfast to my room. Will definitely be back here again.

Such a lovely place to stay! You will never be regret to come here. The environment was excellent and spectacular surrounding by the mountains. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. Andy, Cicily, Jerry and many other staffs are the best! The service is excellent too! No doubt it's the best in Lijiang!

Great location and lots of activities for families. The staff doesn’t speak English, so you need a translator. Beautiful rose bushes nearby and a great view.

Very new and luxury hotel next door to Club Med (you can use Club Med facilities if buy day pass). Large hotel rooms with few bedrooms and amazing breakfasts in camp zone with view to mountains!

因為航班取消臨時的訂的房間，前台Cicily和Andy 很快幫我們安排好房間，並且幫我們安排好打包的早餐和送機；相比兩年前入住，現在營地建設越來越好，增加了餐廳，吃飯再也不是一個問題

值得點贊和再次入住的酒店
1.位置好，在白沙古鎮和東巴谷之間，開車去玉龍雪山也就二十分鐘。
2.風景美，酒店大門前、大部分房間、餐廳外面、攝影基地，都能直麪玉龍雪山。
3.耍事多，小火車、扎染、旅拍等項目，很適合小朋友，而且club med就在隔壁，適合放養帶娃。
值得點贊和再次入住的酒店
4.服務優，這個最關鍵的，入住當晚本來是預訂附近的丘裏茶居民宿，但臨時換到了地中海棠岸，這次體驗再次提醒我，民宿終究是民宿，沒有酒店的管理與和運營體系，遇到不良商家太可怕。
當晚入住丘裏茶居，房間斷電三次，老闆無法確定原因，開始不願給我們換房間，後來不得已換了房間，面對沒有電視的詢問，直接趕走客户，還是第一次見到店家主動致電攜程取消預訂，攜程也無奈，連帶賠償我們部分房費，真是活久見。

棠岸酒店在club med旁邊，5.2、5.3有阿美澤音樂會，酒店環境很好，餐廳就直接能看到雪山。
酒店服務很好，幫我們做了升級。70平的套間，兩卧兩衞很適合家庭、朋友出遊。
早餐種類不是很多，味道不錯。雪山裡宴環境很好，窗外的雪山能為美食加分。
扎染小朋友很喜歡，Cicily和Lulu很細心。
五一期間返程昆明的票很緊張，Andy得知我們要趕早上六點的火車，幫我們安排了打包早餐，非常感謝😘
