The rooms are great, but some of the hotel amenities are lacking.
Service varied between outstanding and poor.
The only restaurant the hotel has outside of breakfast time is a banquet style Chinese restaurant. If you’re traveling alone or as a couple, you’re going to want to dine elsewhere.
The location is nice by the river, but a little out of the centre of the city.
Overall, I’d rate it 3.5

外面天氣太冷了，但是房間空調很給力，制熱效果很nice，想喝點熱乎的，準備點奶茶，驚奇發現竟然有這麼多茶包，還有咖啡，簡直太完美了🤣

位置優越，地處漢江橋旁，能觀江景。開車離高鐵站一二十分鐘，停車場車位多，免費停車。一進大堂，前台人員熱情招待，服務意識很強。早餐很推薦，一般酒店早餐都很敷衍，種類也少，這裏的早餐豐富，味道也很好，下次經過鄖陽還會再次入住。

居住舒適，睡的香，敞亮空間好，早餐豐富吃的香，住的房型視野好，開窗就能看到江，最後就是房間太大感覺有點空，可以添置點沙發傢俱

由於疫情原因，自駕送孩子上學路過十堰市，本打算在市區住，又想多趕點路往前走，看到鄖陽區的希爾頓歡朋酒店，評價不錯，又在江邊，定了雙標江景房，到了酒店前台美女給了我們頂樓的江景房，風景漂亮，第二天我們趕路走得早，酒店很貼心的給我們打包好了三人的早餐讓我們帶上，謝謝。以後還會選擇。

酒店環境非常不錯，算是鄖陽區最大的酒店，江景房型，房間很大，各類設施很新很齊全，餐廳的菜品也很豐盛。值得推薦。

服務人員態度很好，和其他地方的希爾頓標準是一樣的，還贈送了下午水果。住的環境也很安靜，停車場地下負2，也非常好停車。健身房的東西少了一點。
