Hotel in very good location, if you choose the rooms facing the back it s also very quiet. Room is clean and comfortable. The girls at the reception were extremely kind and nice to me. It s a really good quality/ price deal. I d go back again .

酒店離格薩爾王廣場大概2公里左右，但是周圍吃飯地方也蠻多的。
結古鎮本來也不是很大，所以騎車或者打車都很方便。
酒店房間很舒服，乾淨而且衞生。
服務員態度也都很好，不管什麼時候在走廊或者電梯裏碰到都會打招呼，很友好。
我衣服忘記拿了，還特意電話我提醒我落下了衣服。

地理位置不錯，開車導航過去很好找，有免費大型停車場，進去酒店裡面光線很好，前台小美女服務很好，馬上遞上熱茶。有電梯，裏面規模挺大，房間很多。房內設施齊全，衞生也不錯，還有免費礦泉水。含早餐 ， 衞生也不錯 ，一樓大廳有免費咖啡喝， 下次來玉樹還住這裏。

唯一想給差評的是服務，環境衞生都可以，服務的差評來源於前台的扯皮，在攜程定的房間是有優惠的，這我承認，也是包含早餐的，但是入住的時候我問前台説是不包含，因為是特價房，和攜程的工作人員溝通過之後，全都有了，就是酒店想要通過各個渠道招攬顧客無可厚非，但在平台上承諾的也應該給到顧客，這是最基本的。衹能説攜程的客服五星好評，辦事效率很高很給力

價格變動太大，一天一個價，服務一般，早餐也很一般。就是交通出行比較方便，性價比不是很高，可能因為旅遊旺季的原因吧。

遇到地震就入住了四個小時不到要退房硬要收一半房費，遇到這種突發情況前台或者負責人也不知道到各樓層去疏散或者通知客人，還一個勁咬住房費不放，真的太差勁了
