酒店太坑，凌晨2點半入住，下午兩點21退房，超時不到半小時，扣費120元

臨時有事要退房，期望退半天房價（店家説現金入住可以退半天價）但商家説在網上定的需要諮詢訂房網站，是否可以退。本人電話諮詢後，網站説商家不同意退。商家把鍋推給網站，最後背鍋的衹是顧客。

沒有早餐，前台説超過一分鐘要加收房費，太不近人情了，上二樓的廁所，明明可以上，非説堵了不能沖水，我説實在急，上個小才讓上，感覺體驗不太好，衹是在以前牛虎銅案附近，距離乘車點比較近，選擇者自己考慮吧
