衞生問題：住了三天，第一天腿癢，讓阿姨打掃衞生，換床單，他説換了也是這 都消毒了，第二天在換！第二天下午一點喊他打掃衞生，中間下去又提醒了一次，打掃衞生的阿姨一直四樓五樓來回跑，就是不來三樓，住五樓的同學也幫忙告訴她讓她下來打掃了，但是最後快四點才來打掃。
環境問題：一點不隔音 一點點都不隔音 真的不隔音 超級超級不隔音 還有麻將房，晚上別人打麻將，我們能聽到摔麻將的聲音。早上四五點別的顧客在樓廊大聲喧鬧！我不解
