酒店是飲水機，沒有瓶裝水
環境很一般，風格裝修都讓人覺得很生硬，衞生也很一般，特別衞生間發黃的水漬
重點是，服務態度真的很不好，有幾個鼻孔看人高高在上的女的真是不想吐槽

不知道如何評價，住過幾次維也納，最差的一次，半夜到達酒店，預訂了三間房，被別人住了一間，雖然酒店給解決了，但是感覺也不太好，早上5點多才睡，7點多就被廁所下水道給臭醒了……白瞎了酒店的房費

好像酒店的工作人員不知道季節性，4月9號了還在蓋冬天的厚被子；房間靠着馬路，晚上睡覺非常吵！服務人員態度非常不滿意
