Too expensive, 8500 for one night, everything is charged separately for the use of a jacuzzi 3500 for 2 hours, the place is nice but it is not the Riviera Maya for them to get dirty with those prices. Attention PROFECO with these types of places, the rooms were not comfortable and it gave the impression that they only changed sheets. To begin with, there is no security at night or room service. If you feel bad, no one can help you. The truth is, instead of having a pleasant stay, I had a scary night. The place is nice because of the location but they commit an abuse by saying that it is 5 stars, their food prices are exaggerated. Apart from the fact that it's badass I recommend looking at other places before getting carried away by the beauty of the place like what happened to me. Very bad experience.

Habíamos pasado varias veces por la hacienda pero nunca habíamos entrado. En esta ocasión nos dimos la oportunidad, desde que entramos al camino que nos llevaría al hotel la vista es divina con sus campos de agave y las montañas de la barranca al fondo nos van dando ideas de lo que sigue. Llegamos a la entrada del hotel y la vista hacia adentro nos integra cada vez más al mood hacienda tranquila y ya no quiero salir de aquí. La energía que se respira es de total descanso, desconecte de la ciudad y rutina diaria. Comimos muy rico y muy buena atención y servicio, sí volvemos y definitivamente la próxima será de mínimo una noche, para poder disfrutar la noche que será definitivamente estrellada y el silencio de la barranca

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA - El lugar es hermoso, tuve oportunidad de conocerlo anteriormente y he sido cliente varias veces pero esta vez ha sido todo un calvario, realicé una reserva con 2 meses de anticipación y casi 1 mes antes de la fecha decidí cancelar por cuestiones personales y va ya un mes y no me hacen la devolución del dinero, solo dan largas y dicen que por políticas (las cuales NO están publicadas en su página) se pueden tardar hasta 3 meses para hacer la devolución del dinero, lo cual es un delito si el servicio ya está cancelado y solo se están jineteando tu dinero y dando largas, diciendo que pasan el reporte pero que uno siga esperando. El hotel no es nada barato, se supone que es un lugar de calidad y se comportan como empresa pequeña, sin visión para manejar este tipo de cosas y "castigar" al cliente.
