Amazing location you can breath the nature Friendly staff and you can left your luggage after check out Clasic tasty and delisious breakfast Clean rooms You can swim at clod lake hugging the montains and greenery It was amazing If returened I will never hesitate to come again

The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little easier and cleaner. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful.
