As expected from a four-star hotel, it's well-equipped with essentials like a refrigerator, bathtub, and hangers. The luggage storage before check-in was very helpful. Breakfast is a buffet, but be aware that popular items like sausages are in a hard-to-find spot. They have a good variety of teas.

We booked a loft suite, and the kids absolutely loved playing in the loft. The room was great, breakfast was good, and the L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small and cramped.

I was immediately impressed upon arrival by the beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the terrace. The washroom and bathtub were impeccably clean, and soft bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast offered made-to-order omelets, which were delicious. Upon departure, I was chauffeured to the station in an electric cart. It's a lovely hotel that I would love to stay at again.

Zermatt is essentially a tourist town, full of hotels, with probably more tourists than locals. The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but thankfully you can book their complimentary shuttle service. Other aspects are pretty standard.

Above and beyond. The shuttle service in-house was complimentary and efficient in transporting us back and forth the train station during our arrival and departure. Recommend to spend time with the Glacier paradise in Zermatt as well!

The best. The location is great for the cost, and the view from the window is impeccable. The sauna (it's a mixed bath and they said swimsuits aren't allowed, but everyone was wearing them) is of very high quality, and it really helped relieve fatigue. The staff were kind and polite. Free shuttle service to the station.

The location is very convenient; there is a hotel car to pick you up at the station Rich breakfast, delicious service The pictures when booking the room were different from the actual room. The hotel was very helpful and immediately changed the room to the same one in the pictures. The hotel is absolutely fantastic!!!! We arrived on July 13th and they picked us up with all our luggage at the station, after which they gave us a free upgrade to the room with a view of the Matterhorn!!!!! Something breathtaking!!!! Truly gorgeous! I will absolutely return also for the friendliness of the staff!! Thank you with all my heart!

Actually, there is a hotel reception car at the exit, but we didn't know it. I bought a bottle of red wine at the supermarket DENNE near the station, and ordered a steak on the 0th floor of the hotel. It was very comfortable for two people to share. Thank you hotel staff! We also ordered fried eggs for breakfast, which was good.
