A simple inn near the centre of town. Nice host. Helped us with our needs all throughout.

This hotel is highly recommended for those who are visiting the Avatar mountains etc. and who also want a homely stay with rooms that have character. My Chinese is limited but the staff tried their best and seems I got upgraded as my room had a bath, fridge, washing machine and microwave! I think there is breakfast but the town has everything you could want for food options (as well as an amazing bakery down on the right, I think - try the croissants!). Thank you for a wonderful two-night stay, wish it had been longer but I needed to move on.

Nice owner, and parking out front. Easy to get transport to the front gate of Zhangjiajie park from here (or walk), and the whole street comes alive with food stalls at night, if you want to test your stomach fortitude. There are handy lunch and breakfast places around, and also a supermarket across the road. The deluxe room we booked had a fridge and a washing/drying machine, which was great. What was not so great was that one key card meant you had to be in the room to have the electricity to use them. The bed is rock hard, and there are not enough pillows. Cleanliness was ok, but taking a shower is tough, messy work, as there is a single bath tub with no shower curtain, and no bracket for the shower head on the wall. This lead to a very careful and slow shower experience washing with one hand only, while trying not to spray water all over the bathroom. I make light, but it was actually really annoying and meant that having a shower was neither pleasant nor relaxing. OK hotel, but I would pick somewhere with regular shower stall, or at least a curtain next time.

This is a good 3-star hotel. It’s not fancy, but it’s practical and offers good value for the price. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but there are a few issues I feel are worth pointing out. It is a foreigner friendly place but I do not recommend it for most foreigners. The hotel is located on a side street that gets very busy at night with street vendors. It is far from the main road and it is not in a well lit area. The hotel does not have a English sign at the front. The name of the hotel is all in Chinese. Most foreigners would have trouble finding it. We did. The main reasons we booked a deluxe room was because it has a washing machine, fridge, and a bathtub. This was good value compared to the other hotels in the area. The bathtub was a welcome sight after a long day of hiking in Wulingyuan. It’s a small tub though, best suited for shorter folks or people that can bend their knees. The washing machine was great. I liked that I could wash and dry my own clothes. The mattress was a bit stiff. Overall, not a bad place to spend a night. 4/5

I was very satisfied with my trip and accommodation this time. The boss was very nice. It happened to rain on the day I arrived. The boss braved the rain to help me park the car and helped me with my luggage. When I arrived, the room was clean and tidy. I took my luggage upstairs and went out to go shopping and eat. It’s also convenient. I went back to take a bath at night and slept very comfortably. I woke up energetic the next morning. I went downstairs for breakfast and had delicious rice noodles cooked by the boss himself. There were also porridge, steamed buns and the like for breakfast... After that, I walked. I went to visit Wulingyuan Sign Gate. After staying for two days, I checked out and found out that I didn’t have any of my things. The boss even sent them back to my hometown. Thank you🤝

The location of the hotel is good, it is convenient to travel, the house is spacious, clean and hygienic, the service is warm and attentive. When we arrived at the store, we were given a map of the scenic spot and introduced the route. The breakfast in the store is also delicious, especially the rice noodles. The hotel is OK Order dinner, and the dinner made by the chef is also delicious. It is delicious in color, fragrance and taste. It is all local home-cooked taste. It is very delicious. This time, 10 of us stayed at Xiangheju for 2 nights. It is very close to the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel is surrounded by busy shops and Xibu Street is nearby. The room in his house is spacious, clean, and there is an elevator. The environment is good! The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and provide attentive service. They helped us plan our itinerary before we came to avoid detours. The breakfast at his house is good, and everyone is very happy to stay here! Really worth recommending!

There is no shower gel shampoo, the towels are dirty, the price is on the expensive side, not worth the price.

This is the first time I stayed in an inn, and I will directly renew the room for 5 days. I am taking a self-driving tour with the elderly and the young. The boss and his wife are very nice people. They have decided to cancel other orders on the day of check-in, and only stay here in Zhangjiajie. In fact, when I drove into this alley, I was skeptical when I saw the facade of the inn. As soon as I checked in, I was glad of my choice. The house was upgraded to a luxury double room. 1. There is a washing machine in the room, and clothes can be dried on the 5th floor. 2. The twin rooms are all 1.5 beds. We are one big, one old and two small, and the beds are comfortable. 3. The boss's breakfast rice noodles are very delicious. Knowing that we have a Cantonese taste, he specially made them light. 4. I order dinner directly at the inn every day. When I go out, I order good dishes. When I come back in the evening, there will be hot dishes and rice to welcome us back, and the boss’s dishes are very delicious, especially the stewed local chicken and fried fresh bamboo shoots. Portions are adequate and very solid. 5. After staying for 5 days, they will clean up every day. This is very good. Many inns don't do sanitation even after staying for a few days. 6. The boss will give travel guidance, which is great, avoid detours and play the essence, and also help book tickets. This inn may not be perfect as you wish, but it is certain to feel at home, so rest assured to place an order. I wish the boss and his wife a prosperous business!

This trip to Zhangjiajie is full of ten-star praise for the beautiful scenery of the hotel. The owner of the inn is very nice. Before arriving in Zhangjiajie, he helped us make a very detailed travel route guide, and also helped us set the ticket price and offer discounts. The room is the same as the picture There is no big difference between the seller show and the buyer show. This shows that the boss is very honest. What must be emphasized is that the hygienic sheets in the room are very clean, and the electrical appliances in the room, especially the microwave oven and refrigerator. It's great for people like us with children, and the boss's noodles are also delicious. Not much to say, thank the boss for his enthusiasm, and wish the business a prosperous business. I will strongly give Amway to friends who want to come and play.

Stayed for 2 nights, there was no hot water on the first night, the floor of one of the rooms collapsed, and I asked to change the room on the second night

Advantages The bed is relatively large and hard, which suits my habits Disadvantages: The sanitation is generally moldy and there are small flying insects. The price for breakfast is 30 per person.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and there is no smell, which is the most reassuring. It is the first choice if you are bringing children! The boss is super helpful in helping with luggage, and you don’t have to worry about where to eat breakfast. It’s the first choice for accommodation in Zhangjiajie! The price is also cheap and affordable!
