客棧環境優美，設計的很有古典韻味。老闆一家待人親切，接機服務也很nice!還給我們嚐了自家做的篙子耙耙，莓茶喝起來回甜，如果不是行李太多還想再買幾袋。客棧距離機場、汽車中心、天門山等景點非常近，去往其他景點坐大巴來回也很便捷。總的來説在張家界這幾天非常開心！

離天門山索道站不遠，走路幾分鐘就到，客棧的小院子很美，也有停車場，去天門山玩的朋友可以把車停客棧，玩完了再回來開車。

房間可以，床很大，適合家庭出遊，衞生條件有待提高，衞生間還有好多別人的頭髮。設施齊全，房間燈有點昏暗了。房間外面環境很好，很有點靜謐的氛圍。老闆服務態度很好，離天門山索道非常近，旁邊吃的也很多，好停車，總體不錯

索道公司附近很多名宿 被這家庭院式的客棧秒吸引 很獨特 他家還是附近最大的一家 一走進去就感覺很愜意 讓人眼前一亮 房間也很乾凈清爽 提供洗衣機洗衣服 很貼心 關鍵是老闆娘人也非常熱心 為了幫我們找一個必須品 深更半夜找遍所有朋友搞到 很是感動 以後來張家界 是她 是她 必是她

離景區很近，走路7分鐘，吃飯方便。房間很乾凈，老闆一家人都好好，我們到的時候比較晚，門口小吃街進不去了，老闆幫忙找車位。小姐姐規劃的路線也特別好。住的好玩得好，下次再來還選這家。

看到庭院的圖片，立刻下單訂了房間，因為很久沒有住過這麼接地氣的房子了。入住後發現這裏和圖片中描述的一模一樣，小巷外面熱鬧非凡，僅僅幾十百米外的小院裏卻出奇的安靜，好奇妙啊！房間很乾凈，床品也乾淨舒適，老闆娘看上去好年輕，熱情的接待了我們，告訴我洗完的衣服可以晾在二樓的平台上，因為還要去其他地方旅遊，老闆娘還幫把多餘的行李寄回家，住過很多酒店，這裏的特點就是接地氣，人情味十足！最重要的一點是房價很便宜，真的是太滿意了！

超級無敵之差，不知道好評怎麼來的？衞生，設施都極度落後！花灑要麼冷要麼熱，白天玩得回來是沒熱水的。本來第一天以為特別情況，洗了個冷水，結果第二天還是冷的。晚上才有熱水。我印象中是看到評論説鬧中取靜，我的天，半夜了飛機✈️呼呼的從頭頂飛，想説位置離纜車近，可以離的近的太多了，周邊都是酒店！關鍵那個男老闆無法溝通！出門在外不求多好服務，衹希望能正常溝通就ok，問他什麼直接無視，女老闆還可以。
