The location is a bit further away but the staff is exceptional. The manager has good attitude and pays close attention to guest satisfaction.

本人作為攜程鑽石會員特做出差評！本人於2023年5月10日晚入住酒店，曾多次入住該酒店；訂的房型均為套房，前台由於不熟悉酒店系統，讓我在前台等候多時，然後我還在前台詢問是否還有早餐等，前台工作人員確認回覆含有；當入住房間後，午夜11點40左右接到客房電話，説我的又不含早餐，又找了客房服務員阿姨跑到我房間敲門來拿早餐劵，對於該酒店員工的工作效率和服務態度以及處事風格十分不滿！ 區區一份早餐不算什麼，折射出來的就是管理混亂，絲毫沒有考慮到顧客的感受！ 大半夜的找客户要早餐券，折射出來的什麼樣的企業文化和企業形象，予以差評反饋！
