一房一廳，很舒服，性價比超高，非常值得推薦。旁邊環境也不錯，基本上都是住宿公寓，早餐，午晚餐都很方便，晚上幾十米還有很多特色小吃，一樓還有冷飲果茶店。我連續住了5天，大家都是好。如果下次來，還定這家。

設施：看介紹是新開的店，設施齊全，都蠻新的挺好的
衞生：每天衞生清潔很到位
環境：周邊吃飯出行都方便，腸粉奶茶沙縣都有
服務：有洗衣烘乾服務，對於熱帶地區出行很友好！不擔心衣服洗了不幹。
前台的小姐姐門人也很nice，服務周道，還旅遊出行和看軍建提供地道的方案，贊一個。當然衹能看不能拍。
另外在套房內欣賞落日也不錯

從海南出來，到湛江休整一晚，公寓有停車的地方，旁邊的樓在裝修，停車地方有施工垃圾，位置呢，不屬於市中心的，但是樓下也有早餐店。房間是套房，挺好的，洗手間是蹲便… 需要提醒的是，洗手間窗户和屋裡的窗户一定要檢查是否鎖好！！因為緊挨着是另一個樓…酒店還送了水果和零食，挺貼心的…整體不錯，可以推薦

帶着孩子不想連夜開車回去，就在附近找了一個便宜的酒店過渡一下，抱着試一試的心態，沒想到還找到一家很乾凈，很整潔的公寓不比住高檔酒店差。在外面帶孩子最重要的是乾淨整潔。房間的乾淨比外部的高檔重要
