酒店的位置不錯，離寸金公園步行二十分鐘左右，旁邊還有條商業街，停車場蠻大，房間的空調差點意思，但前台很貼心的給了取電卡，出去溜達一圈回來還是挺涼快的。早餐實在太簡單了，一個炒豆芽，一個炒米粉，饅頭包子鹹菜和限量雞蛋，不過老實説，這個價位真的不能要求再多了。

雖然叫酒店，不過我認為這裏算是個中高檔賓館，還達不到酒店級別。有專用停車場，有付費早餐。首先，大堂很寬敞明亮，冷氣夠足，前台小夥熱情專業的服務給我的第一印象不錯。酒店有電梯，進入樓層，可以看到中間內窗房間的窗户正對着走廊，不僅不美觀，而且影響對面房間的隔音。我們為了安靜，選擇的是非臨街朝向，沒想到窗外正好是幾棵高大的棕櫚樹，樹葉被風吹動，掃在窗户上發出陣陣響聲（408，409兩間房都是如此）。房間整體衞生還比較滿意，總的來説性價比還可以。

這個賓館感覺好像有點老，有點舊，房間裏的東西也感覺有點老舊很簡單，我們定的還是有窗的，那個過道是窗的房間更不行，有停車場挺大的，離赤坎老街走路大概20分鐘左右，周邊有一個大型商場

挺好的。乾淨衞生寬敞。考試需要，訂了這裏，去到目的地20分鐘，但是擔心湖光那邊酒店住不慣，所以選擇了遠一點的這裏。早餐也還好，雖然品類不十分豐富，但乾淨衞生。

給4分評價不是酒店不好，而是酒店太老。這個酒店有三個名字，從名字和裝修來看，當初也是本地首屈一指的酒店了。整體狀況不錯，但是畢竟老了，我住的是裡外套間，房間大小絕對夠用，但是外屋的換氣扇和照明燈是同一個電源開關，衹要燈開着，換氣扇的噪音就一直存在，希望酒店能用點心創造一個更好的環境。

賓館很大，房間很多，應該曾經輝煌過，但現在略顯蕭條，可能是老城區的關係，門前是單行道，不太好進車，後院停車場很大。前台簡陋。曾用名冬日陽光酒店，現名字：睿柏雲酒店，淮安迎賓館。早餐簡單，每人限一個雞蛋，有專人看管。當初選擇這裡是因為離南坎老街最近。周邊還是挺熱鬧的，小吃也很多。有電梯，單獨空調。

價廉物美，適合自駕，因為停車方便，逛老街也是不遠。房間的基本設施完備，搞得也比較乾淨，早餐在這個價格上也算是不錯的啦。

衞生：衹能説尚可。
環境：酒店地段好，離老街近。
