Hotel is quite new. Rooms are big and spacious, love it! No fridge in rooms hence cannot store drinks and fruits. No smoking in rooms but people are allowed to smoke in the hotel lobby. Hope the hotel can change it policies to NO Smoking in the hotel lobby because when we are back in the room and when we on the aircon, the room smell of cigarettes still as it is cremate aircon

Zhao'an Yitian Hotel has a convenient location and a very good environment. The rooms are clean and sanitary, with electric remote control curtains, wet and dry separation in the bathroom, smart toilets, and warm service.

Do you want me to tell the truth? I really like this hotel. It’s too bad. The front desk is expressionless and the laundry room makes me want to vomit. The 6th floor is so stuffy and the air conditioner is not turned on. Such a superfluous space on the 6th floor makes the laundry room a mess. It’s so good. The location is in vain. I would rather travel an extra 200 kilometers next time instead of staying in this hotel. Also knowing that there are no clothes or even a stool on the 6th floor. It's wasted in many places and will have no business with us.

The room is large and the food is average. Full marks to the staff. They are very friendly. First, they helped me find the headphones I lost on the bed. After checking out in the afternoon and returning home in the evening, I found that my child’s phone and watch were not brought back, so the staff went to the room again.
