房間寬敞，明亮，細節方面也不錯，店家人很好。還有電梯，很方便。地理位置也挺好的，去鼎湖山和坑口市場都近，附近也很多吃的，二樓還有個茶樓，可以喝早茶。附近的轉盤和市場都有很多吃的

房間衞生整潔，清凈，服務態度很好，設施完善，距離鼎湖山好近，步行過去即可，省去景區停車費用，民宿就在大馬路旁，位置好找，免費停車，車位足，二樓餐廳早餐點心豐富，不用再到處找地方吃早餐，非常滿意的一家民宿，下次再來還要住這裏。

衞生環境比較好，房間整潔乾淨，尤其寬敞明亮。
設施齊全，有自動麻將機。
可惜房間隔音效果不佳，可以聽到隔壁房間的説話打麻將聲。

我父母每次來肇慶必住的民宿，這次我隨她們一起入住，進來就有一種家的熟悉味道，這裏距離菜市場很近，步行也就10+分鐘，門口和對面就有公交站，方便去往各景區，距離鼎湖也就1公里路程，旁邊就有一家味道不錯的農家菜餐館，大家以後來鼎湖可以推薦這裏。

五一從順德去鼎湖山旅遊，小夥子很熱情。旁邊就是一個很大的停車場，二樓直接是茶樓，可以吃早茶，很方便。房間又大又乾淨，孩子們也很喜歡，如果再去肇慶，還會選擇住那裡。有一點建議就是，那個投影儀效果不太好，要把燈全關了才看得清楚些，建議下點本，更新一下設備，買個5000以上價位的，比如明基或者愛普生的投影儀，那就完美了。總之，算是一次很滿意的體驗，好評！

房間寬敞又乾淨，配套自動麻將機，很適合我們家出行的需求；這次訂的三人房間一排的窗户，採光透氣好；交通十分方便，附近多間酒樓食肆一日五餐不用愁；老闆熱情好客，主動提醒入住細節；總之，體驗感很好，以後都訂這家了！！！
