Outstanding , just a amazing place to be

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was so pleasant. From the time we entered to our departure, the staff were phenomenal. We ordered room service and the burgers were delicious. Breakfast was equally good, they catered to my special needs and even went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied. The location was also ideal as a little bit further down was the old town filled with restaurants. Our evenings were spent walking along the picturesque river. I prefer the Crowne Plaza hotel and will definitely go back on my next trip. T

Great hotel indeed, must stay

Sixty-year old classmates traveled to Zhenjiang together and stayed at Zhenjiang Zhaoqian and Crowne Plaza Hotels. Eight 70-year-olds got Xiao Huang and Zoay at the front desk, Xiao Wang and Xiao Bao in the restaurant on the third floor, and Xiao Wang and Xiao Bao in the administrative building on the 23rd floor. The hotel is in a great location, just opposite Jinshan Lake and close to the Beigushan plank road. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped deliver the luggage to the room. The only drawback was that the hotel restaurant closed at 2pm, so we could only order takeout.

The room has a river view, the environment is very good, very clean, and the service attitude is very good. It is two bus stops away from Xijindu. It is more comfortable to walk along the river. The underground parking lot is small, which is not very friendly to families who drive large cars. The room we were assigned should be one of the suites. You can walk to Beigushan, Xijindu is not far away, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. The breakfast is good, the noodles are a bit salty, and you can pack a cup of coffee to go. The restaurant on the third floor is cheap and good, especially the braised pork and vinegar ribs are delicious. I went there for 2 meals in a row, and there is a discount for guests staying in the hotel. However, the refrigerator is almost a decoration, and the air conditioner only has wind, and it is not cold until the day of check-out. But it is good to find a maintenance technician in the middle of the night, and he also gave me a fan to solve the problem.

I came to Zhenjiang from Yangzhou and stayed at Crowne Plaza. It was really pleasant to have afternoon tea while watching the river view!
