The Golden Dream Film Art Homestay is a film art themed homestay funded by the Golden Frame International Short Film Alliance. It is located in the Nansha Central Scenic Area of Zhujiajian in Putuo, Zhoushan, and is away from the Nansha Beach. It is only a ten minute drive from scenic spots such as Putuo Mountain Pier, Wushitang, Guanyin Fajie, and Daqingshan. The guest rooms of the homestay are comfortable and tidy, with projectors installed. 店家小哥服務特別好，民宿離南沙很近，門口全是大排檔，地理位置特別好，吃喝玩樂都特別方便。每個房間都有陽台，入住體驗極好！

春節期間出遊，找了很久才找到這家，這是一家電影主題的民宿，房間寬敞整潔，一家三口出遊，床鋪滿足了我們一家的需求，店主很熱心，周邊買東西很方便，有超市，飯館，走路10分鐘就到南沙，離蜈蚣峙碼頭開車15分鐘左右，不堵車還算方便的。

態度好，環境好，表揚！但是沒有熱水！住房第一住的舒服，無論什麼原因，玩了一天入住沒有熱水洗澡，早上來了也很晚了，來了馬上有沒有！誰能接受？這種問題都沒有處理好？也能開店？你們誰敢來住？朋友很無語！

金色夢鄉民宿是我住過的民宿裡邊，感覺最好的，他小老闆非常熱情，而且帥，老闆娘也是笑哈哈的，房間衞生很乾凈，每個房間都有陽台，而且還有早點，午餐，晚餐。我們非常滿意。為他點贊👍

暑假帶小朋友自駕遊，選的朱家尖的民宿，環境蠻好的，老闆老闆娘人很好，熱情，住在那，走走十分鐘就到南沙了，車停在民宿，第二天出遊去普陀山都是來回打車的，交通太堵了
