Great hotel with amazing decor, honestly felt like a 5 star and super value for money for the price it is at.
Check in was fast and they had available rooms hence we will able to get to our rooms before the usual check in time.
Location was great as it was very near the city center, and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance
Would be one of my top choices of hotel options if I come back again

It is classical hotel with good environment. I liked my comfortable room. Room decore is classic and elegant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and convinient place to stay.

第一次到崑山，選了市中心性價比高的酒店。哎呦，還不錯哦！為自己的睿智點個贊，前台人員都蠻熱情的，客房服務員也給我多拿了幾瓶礦泉水。。酒店設施蠻好，四星級酒店。。贊👍🏻

開盲盒選中的崑山賓館，進去之後發現大廳氣派，整面牆的水墨畫，服務人員介紹後才知道是崑山經典景點的合輯，服務員耐心細緻，客房設施不錯，由於入住的晚，所以沒有預訂🈶早餐的房間，下次會再來！值得推薦

有朋自遠方來 不亦樂乎！臨時選擇離家近的崑山賓館，對它家中餐、自助餐還是吃的比較多，第一次為朋友選擇住房，總體還是不錯的，前台的工作人員挺禮貌吖，客房衞生整潔。不錯不錯，物超所值呀！朋友讚不絕口！

不想多評價了，差評。
服務規範、人員培訓，服務素質、設施條件，隔音效果（奇差，一大早被隔壁的電視還是聊天的聲音吵醒，6點不到）。
早餐不難吃也不好吃。能吃飽！
