Average only. Front desk need improvement. Furnishing need improvement

Basic hotel , room is clean , toilet is big , 5 mins walk to gong bei , no complains for the price paid , highly recommended . Recommended and return stay. Hotel nearby has cheap manicure and pedicure and a 2 yuan shop.

The location was above average thats the only good thing i can say about L hotel.

Bed was SUPER comfortable. Best bed I ever slept on. Can’t say the same for amenities and decor. Don’t mind the location as it’s close to food and perhaps a 10min walk to gongbei port.

Clean room 5min walk to Gongbei border crossings to Macau ******.

The hotel has a very good location. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the furniture and facilities are not new. None of the 3 usb-sockets were working.

This time the room was close to the entrance. Fortunately, there were floor mats in the corridor, so I didn't hear the footsteps of the guests walking by. Some of the plug sockets in the room were not powered, so I couldn't turn on the TV. It was a mistake on the part of the hotel not to replace them. Since the room is smoking-free, the pillows and bedding smelled of smoke. If you can accept the above shortcomings, it is still worth recommending.

I made a reservation on Ctrip and paid an additional 100 deposit after arriving at the store. I don’t know if it’s because of the charge for toiletries.
