很不起眼的一家精品酒店，入住需要在隔壁的諸暨大酒店前台辦理，早餐也是在諸暨大酒店。酒店內裝風格很有新意，初次去諸暨的朋友可以試着住一宿，再根據自己的喜歡選擇！

諸暨大酒店副樓，應該是新裝修，入住和諸暨大酒店在一個前台，性價比超高的酒店，主樓一半的價格住套房，同樣的服務。早餐和諸暨大酒店一起，選擇很多，早餐到十點半，基本上當早午飯了。來諸暨選M28絕對是最佳選擇！

設施：酒店整體還是比較新的，就是房間比較小，少了一個沙發，房間裏沒什麼走動空間
環境：環境很好，設計的很有創意。酒店位置也不錯，周圍走走吃的喝的玩的都有。
服務：服務態度很好，要什麼都會滿足你的。

這麼好的店搜尋裏竟然找不到，還是無意中用地圖看的時候發現了，早餐很驚喜，食材也很用心，取完後很快也能補充，這個點個大大的贊！有疑問時碰到的服務人員態度都很好。小意見就是枕頭如果有實在太舊或癟癟的彈不起來的早點更換，被子也有點悶，中央空調總開關沒有打開。

帶娃入住，有小童備品，吃早餐也有小童餐具和專屬水果，早餐種類比較多，服務也很好，想泡澡，抱着試試看的心態問前台有沒有一次性泡澡袋，真的送來了

春節期間去南方旅遊，M28酒店從員工服務熱情，飽滿工作態度，到酒店硬件設施，再到衞生環境，還有地下免費停車，最主要早餐中西美食超一流，是值得再次光顧，性價比極高的酒店。真實入住顧客推薦。
