酒店整體不錯，前台接待員003.008態度好，距離高鐵站很近，很方便。酒店的早餐也挺豐盛，值得推薦。

昔日老牌的王者，如今已沒落不堪，位置依舊便利，停車方便，但酒店內設施陳舊，多年不裝修，除了大堂還有幾分當年的輝煌，房間內已破敗不堪。不經意間洗澡，突然發現熱水焦黃充滿鐵銹味道，裹上浴巾放水等待半個小時，打客服電話，找前台，無人解釋，也沒人處理，一個小時後衹能滿身滿頭鐵銹穿上衣服默默退房，仿若自己已經變成身披金甲的鋼鐵俠。
天龍啊天龍，二十多年了，每年春節都帶着情懷住在這裏，真的想説愛你不容易，

房間打掃及時 乾淨整潔，房間裏還放了一個凈化器，房間一點味道都沒有，樓上還能免費健身，我習慣運動。對人熱情，有禮貌，整體做的很滿意

如果這個酒店在150/晚，我給五星，但是對於在駐馬店286/晚，實在不敢恭維。
環境設施:
1.房間內燈光太暗了，整個房間沒有明亮通透的感覺。
2.房間通風不行 太悶了 空調關了，開着窗還是燜 很壓抑。
基礎設施：
1.網絡很差，開個視屏會議都卡。
2.電視小 非智能，和整個房間格調都不搭。
3.馬桶蓋，沒有吸力，衹能很強硬的關合。
4.牀板太硬了
不會再選擇入住。
